Jordan got his Bachelor's degree in Physiology from OSU and worked as an Exercise Physiologist at Wright Patt Air Force Base. After attaining his Masters in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises he ventured on his own as business consultant to startups and small businesses. Later he found his way to The Entrepreneur Center where he rose to Entrepreneurial Services Provider Venture Manager. Jordan spreads his valuable knowledge as an adjunct professor at UD and WSU. Jordan is constantly immersed with startups.
Tim has been in and around startups his entire career. He worked for SparkPeople in marketing and business development, to director of marketing, to vice president of marketing. Then, he founded WDL Holdings, which invests in high potential entrepreneurs and businesses. He’s been a co- founder of OCEAN programs and Coterie as well as on the board of directors for Differential. Tim has a ton of experience in and around startups.
Nate worked at Whirlpool Corporation as a sales manager, brand trainer, and brand representative. Next, he took on the role of a graduate assistant at Ohio State University. After, he founded Pursuit which is a modern suit store with old fashioned customer service, stylish options, and an attainable price. There are two locations, one in Columbus and one in Cincinnati. Pursuit is also available online and via The Suitmobile.
Teddy is a high-energy '16 UD alum who is passionate about entrepreneurship and saw the need for this event to drive innovation and collaboration in Dayton. Teddy has produced incredible growth doing business development for a variety of startups and has recently started his own fashion YouTube channel which he has grown from 0-80,000 subscribers in one year and reaching over 1.5 million viewers a month.
Joanna started ARTbyJoanna in 1999 and continues to provide art instruction. She also worked as a team builder and trainer at Rodan+Fields Independent Executive Consultant. Joanna also founded Unconventional Works which helps companies with strategy, problem-solving, innovation, personal development, and team building.
Throughout Jason’s career there has been a focus on real-estate. First, he worked for Miller-Valentine Group as a developer. Then he moved to RG properties and was vice president of development. Now he is the principal of Woodward Development, a real estate firm focused on innovation and long term client relationships.
Bill has held a variety of positions. He was in the Marines and several sales manager as well as general manager roles. Bill has been the business and economic coalition chairman for the Montgomery County Republican Party, several board of trustees and part of the planning commission for the City of Clayton Ohio. Currently, he is the CEO of Copp Integrated Systems and owns Super Clean Auto Wash. Check out his new book Impacts Beyond the Bounds!
Jordan has held several jobs in finance/banking roles and has started two businesses. In 2013 he founded “Bridged Social Media Marketing” which helped businesses with higher website growth, branding, strategic development, and advertising. Currently, Jordan works at Fifth Third Bank as a financial center manager and runs another business called “Embrace The Chase Media.” Embrace the Chase Media is a media production company specializing in Event Production, Podcasts, E-Courses, Audiobooks and Marketing.
